Mikael is educated at the University College of Art, Craft and Design in Stockholm, Sweden, and holds a Master of Education in Visual Art and Design. Mikael joined Ericsson 1998 and has more than 20 years of experience being in the forefront of technology and market development with a unique combination of understanding how new consumer behavior, emerging technologies and industry logics are shaping the future business landscape.

Mikael have an extensive experience of leading people and running marketing, design, and insight creation-projects as a creative director, leader, and line manager, always putting the client/customer/user first, to understand their reality and their pain points to come up with innovative solution that deliver the best business result and the most satisfied users.
