Consuming the web on screens of all sizes

The web is the web – even though we consume it on devices of varying screen sizes.

At work, we browse the internet using laptops; at home, we sit on a sofa in front of the TV and use iPads, and while waiting for the bus we use smartphones. We surf the internet all day long, using both browsers and apps. If you are responsible for a web page or a web service, you had better be sure it is viewable on all of these screens – and that it loads quickly, too.
